How It Works:

  1. Fill out the form below with:

    • Your contact details.
    • The first and last name of the person you have recommended Mediterranean Homes to.
    • The town where their property is located.
  2. We’ll log their details but be sure to also mention to them to state where they received their recommendation from when they contact us. Note: please do not provide us with their contact details as this goes against GDPR regulations.
  3. Once their property is successfully sold through Mediterranean Homes, we’ll reward you with a €300 Amazon Gift Voucher as a thank-you!

Terms and Conditions:

  • The referred property must not already be marketed by Mediterranean Homes.
  • The referral must not be someone we’ve previously been in contact with.
  • You cannot refer yourself or anyone who is also on your title deeds.
  • The gift voucher will be awarded once the referred property has been successfully sold by Mediterranean Homes.
  • The referral is valid for TWO MONTHS from the date of submission (the referred individual must have contacted us within 2 months of your submission).
  • There is no time limit as to how long we need to take to sell the property.
  • The referral becomes void should the referred vendors withdraw the property from sale.
  • If the contact has already been referred to us by someone else, the voucher will be awarded to whoever submitted the form first.
  • There is no limit as to how many vouchers will be awarded! (One per successful sale).
