Education in Spain
Location, location, location – If you’ve made your mind up to move to the Costa del Sol region of Spain and you have children then you will need to think about the education in Spain. Indeed, it’s probably all you’ve thought about in the run up to your move; after all, little else matters compared to finding the right place to re-home your family.
Where you choose to settle will affect all sorts of things – your new job, the new friends you make, and, most importantly, the new school your children will attend.
If you’re moving overseas, particularly the Costa Del Sol with children, finding a new school will be an important consideration. We hope the list below of both private and public schools, including bilingual schools may help you with the process of selecting a school for your children when moving to Spain.
Choosing the right school for your children in a new country can feel like a daunting task. With a bit of research, you can find a good school to help your kids settle into a new life on the Costa Del Sol without disrupting their education.
Remember, our family have lived in Spain since 1991, so if you have any questions regarding education in Spain particularly here on the Costa Del Sol, I’m sure we will be able to help you!
