To participate, please complete the form on this page (follow the link) with the following information:
- Your contact details
- The first and last name of the person you have referred to Mediterranean Homes
- The town where their property is located
We will record these details; however, please remind the individual you referred to mention your name when they contact us. Important: Do not provide their contact information as this would be a violation of GDPR regulations.
Upon the successful sale of the referred property through Mediterranean Homes, you will be rewarded with a €300 Amazon Gift Voucher as a token of our appreciation.
Terms and Conditions
- The referred property must not already be listed by Mediterranean Homes.
- The referral must not be someone with whom we have had prior contact.
- You cannot refer yourself or anyone listed on your title deeds.
- The gift voucher will be issued once the referred property has been successfully sold by Mediterranean Homes.
- The referral is valid for two months from the date of submission, meaning the referred individual must contact us within this period.
- There is no time restriction on the duration required to complete the sale.
- If the referred individual withdraws their property from the market, the referral becomes void.
- In the event that someone else has already referred the individual, the voucher will be granted to the person who submitted the form first.
- There is no limit to the number of vouchers you can receive (one per successful sale).
