How we sell your home, a step-by-step guide

So you have decided you want to sell your home, great! Now what?

During a viewing, we are on hand to answer any questions and chat to the buyers about what they like about the property and what works for them and their needs. We also provide space so they can get a feel for the property on their own in a relaxed and friendly environment.

After a viewing, we provide honest and constructive feedback.

Offers and reservations

Once a buyer has fallen in love with your property the negotiations begin. We pride ourselves on clear and honest communication with quick responses until both parties are happy and agree on a final price. 

We then draw up an initial reservation contract and take a deposit, only then can we remove the property from the market. The key is to move quickly to secure the property, especially as at the time of writing, properties are selling fast.

Completion

It’s then over to the solicitors to handle all the legal aspects.
