So you have decided you want to sell your home, great! Now what?

Once your house is ready we will arrange for our professional photographer to capture your home in its best possible light. Our Photographer is also able to take aerial photographs using the latest drone technology. They will find the perfect angle of your home that will show how it fits into its surroundings. 3D Modelling and Virtual Tours
We also use a Matterport camera, capturing your home in 3D and enabling a virtual tour of the property. This is invaluable in showcasing your home as it allows potential buyers to be able to virtually walk around your home before even visiting. They can also view a floor plan and ‘Dollhouse’ view, so they can fully understand the layout and flow of your home.
Listing your property
Your home deserves to be described in a way that celebrates it, with descriptive and compelling words that will draw in the buyers, along with all essential details they need to know. Viewings
When an enquiry comes in about your property, we take the time to ask the right questions. We won’t show your home to just anyone who calls up, we will make sure they are serious buyers and either have the funds ready to purchase your property, or have the relevant mortgages agreed in principle. Completion
