The Villa

The Materials

The building will be constructed using the BBA-approved CREO ICF (insulated concrete forms) system with a Domestic Hydrogen power system, which will be used to generate electricity for the home through a hydrogen electrical generator. This system was developed by Creo International, a British company based in Wales.

Using extra solar energy to generate additional electricity will ensure that the villa is entirely self-sufficient throughout the year. This system only emits water and oxygen, both of which can be used to irrigate the garden and is completely free of carbon.

    • €10,000 - Reservation Fee
    • 30% + VAT - First deposit 28 days after reservation  (less reservation fee)

    • 20% + VAT – When the building is water/wind tight
    • 20% + VAT – Upon Completion (Title Deeds)

NOTE: Deposits and stage payments are never paid directly to the developer or builder. All your payments are made to a particular "guaranteed account" where a bank fully protects your funds. In the event of a breach of contract by the developer, any money you pay will be immediately returned to you in full and with any associated interest.
