It´s finally happened... Brexit.... we´ve been speaking about it for years and now it´s finally happened... so what does it all mean? Well.. there´s only so much we can go into in this tiny little blog, therefore with help from our friends at Manzanares Lawyers, we have decided to give you a little breakdown on what you need to do to obtain residency in Spain after 31st December 2020.
- It also allows you to eventually work in Spain.
- Does not oblige you to become permanent resident in Spain
- The process is much simpler and straight forward than the other visa application processes.
- Whenever the applicant invests in several properties, this would also be valid, as long as the full amount invested in all of the raises 500,000.00 EUR
- It applies to all property acquired in Spain since September 2013, not just new investments.
